In celebration of HSI Week, we are proud to offer the Raíces Student Services Cross-Training presentation. The presentation is designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of
staff working in student services, particularly within Hispanic-Serving Institutions
(HSIs). Our goal is to foster collaboration across departments and provide holistic
support to our diverse student population.
The Raíces Program is committed to supporting Hispanic and underrepresented students by offering targeted
academic advising, culturally relevant programming, and fostering a sense of community.
Our cross-training program is an extension of this mission, aiming to equip student
